Phillip Sanchez-Associate Broker

• Phillip was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  He has lived in different Southern California Counties – Los Angeles, San Bernardino and now, Riverside, in the city of Moreno Valley.  He has two children - his son Michael who is 34 and his daughter Godbriella who is 22 years old.
• He attended El Camino College and Cal State Los Angeles to receive his AA and BA in Psychology.  Later he attended West Coast University in Los Angeles where he earned his MS in Acquisition and Contract Management.
• Phillip has 20 years of experience in real estate as an agent, a home buyer, a home seller and as an investor.
• Phillip worked for the United States Air Force (USAF) for 21 years.  As a Contracting Officer he  negotiated, wrote and managed high dollar contracts for the Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) System and the Defense Satellite Communication System (DSCS).   Phillip had a reputation for being dedicated, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and, a great negotiator!  After working for the USAF for 21 years as a Contracting Officer, Phillip retired in March of 2007.
• After 2 ½  years of retirement he decided to start his own business as an Associate Real Estate Broker working with Exit Realty in Colton, CA.  As an Associate Broker he is using the same skills that he developed working as a Contracting Officer for the Air Force mainly: negotiating, writing and managing contracts.  His customers are no longer the Military Command and Personnel but those individuals looking to buy or sell their homes.  Phillip truly loves helping people to buy or sell their homes. 
• Phillip is a licensed real estate broker and is a certified specialist of short sales and foreclosure properties.  He possesses high integrity and his mission is “ Pride of Service.”  Phillip has great people skills and gets along well with all people.  As a Real Estate Professional he is reliable, knowledgeable, committed and dependable.  He continues to enhance his knowledge of real estate by attending workshops, seminars and classes.
• Phillip’s hobbies include working out at the gym (3 times a week), practicing Tai Chi twice a week, fishing (albacore, yellow fin & blue fin tuna) and dancing.  He has two pets at home: a German shepherd named Cissco and a cat named Pepe.
• Phillip is a Toastmaster with a Competent Toast Master Certification.  He is also the Vice President of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Riverside Club.  Finally, Phillip is active in his community as a Literacy Tutor for the Moreno Valley Library System.
